Michael S. Caruso is a 1994 graduate of Cornell University and 1997 graduate of Albany Law School of Union University.

He is a member of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and the Saratoga County, New York State (member Environmental, Elder Law and Family Law Sections) and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Caruso’s areas of concentration are estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, Surrogate’s Court proceedings, not-for-profit corporation law, real property, real estate transactions, trademark and service mark registrations, animal law and creditor law.
Mr. Caruso has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Adirondack Chapter of Trout Unlimited (a not-for-profit conservation group) since 2003, was a Delegate to the New York State Council of Trout Unlimited in 2003, and was a member of the New York State Bar Association Special Committee on Animals and the Law in 2002-2003.

He was born in Glens Falls, New York, January 17, 1956; admitted to bar, 1998, New York and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. Education: Adirondack Community College (A.A., summa cum laude, 1992); Cornell University (B.A. with distinction, 1994); Albany Law School of Union University (J.D., cum laude, 1997).
